LPN to RN Bridge Programs are generally accelerated programs (8 – 12 months) that require the student has some practical work experience as a LPN/LVN, a current state LPN/LVN license and have meet all of the prerequisites to the program (anatomy & physiology, micro biology, chemistry, etc).
