There are a couple LPN to RN and Paramedic to RN bridge programs that are online but you must attend their clinical sites that are available.

There are two popular LPN or LVN to RN/BSN programs out there that are online/distance. Indiana State University and Excellcior college. I will write a brief discription of both.
